Theory called GOD....... (part 1)

to Sidhdhivinayak Temple in Mumbai for the success of upcoming ‘Bachchan’ film Sarkar Raj. Yesterday, I had rigorous discussion on the same topic with my friends. At our level, we discussed a lot in one and half hour about what is faith? What is superstition? How faith and superstitions should be defined? Are these terms varies from person to person? etc… and at the end we stop our discussions and we dispersed for the day.
Today most of the media people are criticizing Mr. Amitabh Bachchan for his bare foot visit

While returning to my home, I was thinking of all these thoughts. Suddenly a thought came in my mind. I would like to share the same with you.

In ancient time, when man started living on the banks of rivers and initiated agricultural activities, he had left with the plenty of time. Now he does not need to spend his time for hunting. During this period, plenty of time triggered his thinking ability. Man started thinking about his existence, his own life, his future, nature and various strange things happening around him. Since everything was new, thinking leads to tons of questions and many of them were really strange. These limitless strange questions challenged his intellect and troubled him a lot.

He started brainstorming for the answers. Since he was sharp, for few questions he could identify the satisfactory logical answers. In some cases where his intellect was not capable enough, he stated proposing assumptions and theories. Every time he came up with new set of assumptions/ theories to answer the new set of strange questions. For every such a new question he used to go back to his proposed theory and tried to identify the justified answer as per his level of maturity. If proposed theory denied answering the new questions then he used to add new assumptions in his existing theory. Sometimes he used to validate his assumptions/ theories at his level but because of lack of resources and intelligence needed, validation of all assumptions was impossible. As time progressed his intelligence has been grown up and so quality of his assumptions. When he realized his new proposed assumptions were against the existing assumptions, he erased the contradictory assumptions and modified his theory. In hundreds of years he repeated this process thousands of times. Then also, few of his questions were remained unanswered because they were beyond his intellect.

Then once upon time during this entire process, he defined the unidentified cause, force, power that was behind unanswered questions with a vague term/ entity called GOD. GOD was affecting various things in his life and the system around him. He proposed a separate theory on GOD and explained that some how GOD is responsible for all unanswered questions and he satisfied himself with his new theory and the new set of answers. It took several years for him to propose this theory of GOD. Meanwhile his counterparts scattered in different continents. These scattered men also went through the same process independently and came up with their own theories of GOD. Purpose of all these theories was to answer the most common and obvious unanswerable questions satisfactorily.
Therefore, on earth in all religions concept of GOD is more or less same.

to be continued....
